What are WEEE Electricals?
We collect and dispose of small electricals known as WEEE.
WEEE stands for: Waste Electronic & Electrical Equipment. The WEEE directive means that small electricals cannot be sent to landfill, to protect the environment. This is good news.
Surrey Waste Removal genuinely believe in being as green as we can and we will always dispose of your small WEEE electricals properly, at a waste disposal centre. We separate WEEE electricals from other waste to ensure they are processed properly.
WEEE electricals consist of anything that is powered by batteries or have a plug and you might often call an 'appliance', they are things like (but not exclusively):

- Computers and monitors
- Microwaves
- TVs
- Stereos and speakers
Surrey Waste Removal hold a waste carriers license and all our operatives carry a paper copy of this - which you can request when they arrive. We can also provide an electronic copy, just ask when you book.
We believe in reusing and recycling, we hate fly-tippers and love the environment. We will always ensure your WEEE electricals are sorted and separated from general waste, then handled at a waste processing centre.
